In evening’s breeze You come to me
Caressing my face with tenderness
Cooling the passions that none can see
From all earth’s pain I would be free
And all of my soul’s heaviness
In evening’s breeze You come to me
I sit beside the willow tree
For You to fill my emptiness
Cooling the passions that none can see
I wondered if truly I could be
Given light in my distress
In evening’s breeze You came to me
My soul was healed, together we
Entwined our hearts forever blessed
In evening’s breeze You came to me
Cooling the passions that none can see
It is so amazing – how you touch the tenderness of the soul using the evening breeze. Thank you for these powerful yet gentle words. God bless you! 🙂

This is a beautiful poem. It has evoked genuine, lasting emotion… I can feel the scene that is being described, as well as the cool, refreshing spirit. Great work here. The structure and words are perfect.

You are very welcome. I mean it entirely. You are a very talented poet; I really enjoyed reading your writing. I try my best to comment and be involved, though I have times where I am not able to nearly as much as I would like…

Oh I know that feeling. I have the same problem. And it is wirse with not being able to see, and using blind Apps. So it takes me a lot longer than most. I still try though. Thanks so much for the compliment. Cheers me up no end!
