  1. Even in young bodies, totally fit winning Olympics — the only strength is that of the soul. We fool ourselves at those times thinking we are strong in body and mind….True words of wisdom, my beloved friend. Hope your travels are going well. 🙂

    Thankyou krishna. That is all so true. It is like when I had cancer. It was a truly gruelling physical fight, and I could not even lift my head off the pillow, but it was a mental and spiritual fight as well. My trues strength came from within when my body was weak. It was like climbing Mount Everest, or running a marathon. You need true grit to get through my psrticular form of cancer but in fact ALL cancer. You are tested almost beyond endurance both physically and mentally. It is no walk in the park. It is hard graft. I have never been so tested as I was then, and now, I am STILL being tested in what I am left with. Some days you feel you are not going to win.
