Very true. Mine is about my illness and the horrific state it has left me in. And how MUCH my life changed in one fell swoop. And dealing with bidily pain. But it is still grief. And yesterday mirning it completely overwhelmed me. It happens. Poir bathtub lol. Listening to me howling!
