And so now I’ve been told
It’s alright to cry
For far too long
I have held my tears
And now
I must let them go
No longer keep them captive
Release them from their prison
Not in my eyes
But in my heart
Sometimes I think
That if I were to cry
I would cry for ever
For grief has been my life
Pain unsurpassable
Yet still I smile
For me it was the better way
For if my tears were to flow
They would be like the rivers
Pouring from the temple
But golden like the temple
Leading me to Jerusalem
The Eternal City
Great.. stay positive, keep smiling..

Lorraine, you fill my heart with humble wonder. What a woman you are! Yes, cry; weep as Christ did, and does, constantly, for us all, totally sharing all our sufferings. It doesn’t matter what anyone thinks or says, just be your own, truly amazing self xxxxxxxx

Thankyou so much for that validation Ruth. That means so much to me. May Our dear Lord, Who suffered death on a Cross after the agony in Gethsemane, bless you always. We are united in suffering. Much love to you ❤️❤️❤️

We are indeed, because we are one. Separateness from others is only an illusion. We are one in our bodies, minds, hearts and souls; one in love, one with God, one with all he has created. We share one Spirit, and we all live in his hands, because God is love. Too amazing to take in, really! xxxxxxxxx
