Lost in
Isolation
I bang on prison walls
But I know that no one can hear
My mind
Goes wild
Within this tiny room I scream
My voice echoes at me
Only I know
My pain
Lost in
Isolation
I bang on prison walls
But I know that no one can hear
My mind
Goes wild
Within this tiny room I scream
My voice echoes at me
Only I know
My pain
Intense Lorraine…. when I sick(this time last year) I was locked in isolation for 2 weeks… it was a strange time for me…., I wrote quite a few poems in my confined solitude…..

Oh thanks Ivor. I will definitely read them. I have been in isolation in hospital for three months once, when I had T.B. Barrier nursed. It was nyrsed like that in the seventies. But the isolation I was writing about in this poem was of a different kind. It was about usolation due to itger thubgs. Heart reakingk but true.
