It has been very hot here of late. That meant that my writing wasn’t very hot lol. In fact I wondered about posting some poems about snow and ice to cool us all off a bit!
I don’t know about you, but I get very tired and lethargic in the heat. Every single movement, however small, feels too much for me. So we just sat. Didn’t go out. Didn’t do much at all. I managed to keep posting – JUST. But that was about all I could do.
I do like the sunshine, but just not toi hot and too much of it. Tonight it is thundering! Yuk! Hope we get a better night’s sleep tonight!

I hope you get a good night’s sleep, Lorraine. After being hot earlier in the week, Saturday here in London has been quite pleasant. The rain helped to cool things down and freshen the air. Best, Kevin

Every time I hear Hot Stuff I think of the dole queue in The Full Monty!
Know what you mean about the heat though Lorraine. It’s been horrendous here and we’ve been grateful for our fans, but even they didn’t improve things a couple of days ago.
Hope you’re more comfortable now. The wind’s picking up here and we’ve more rain on the way so might get some sleep tonight!

It is both windy, rainy, thundery, and oporessive here. Thundering right now and has been alk evening. Dog won’t eat her dinner!

I get pretty tired in heat, too. And angry! Great job on keeping up the posting through it anyway :). Hopefully we don’t get a 38C day like last year…🥵

We had torrential rain all night and I had trouble sleeping. Tonight is supposed to be dry and calm but steamy hot!

Simple enough to do: find the clip on YouTube, copy the URL and paste 🙂

I tried that and it didn’t work. Wonder if its cos I am working from an iPad. Or maybe I need my Settings altered or something. It’s strange because I ysed to be able to post vids in that way. Then it suddenly stopped working!

Create a You Tube account (easy, and even easier if you already have Gmail or a Google identity). Send your videos to that account off your phone by using the sharing icon. They will then appear on your own You Tube page under ‘My videos’ on the left-hand menu.
When you play one, copy and paste the url from the top bar, and place it into a blog post. It will appear on your blog.
Or if you just want to use existing ones, use the tip above. 🙂
