CHALLENGES AND BEING BLIND ANY BLIND PEOPLE OUT THERE OR ANYONE WHO CAN HELP

Every morning my emails from WP come through from blogs that I am following. There are all the usual challenges in there and also other bloggers’ responses to challenges. I so much would like to join in these challenges but as a newly blind person I find I do not know how to get to them from my emails. Are there any blind people out ther who can help? Or anyone else for that matter. My activities on WP are so limited now and it irks me. I can make my posts and with help reply to comments but I cannot go to other peoples’ blogs and read and comment although when I have help I can get my cursor into the reply boxes and type out my own response. Is there anyone who can help please?

I am using an iPad and voiceover by the way.

    I wish I knew how to help, Lorraine, but have no idea how to. I do an internet search when I don’t know how to do something, and sometimes, it helps.

  7. I blog exclusively in my iPad and on my iPhone but I am a seeing person. When I want to go to a blog from my email, I click on the title in the email and it takes me directly to the bloggers post on WordPress.

    I have one blogger who might be able to help. I have messaged her to see if she can offer assistance.

    Thank you so much for this. I do know Kevin and have spoken with him on the phone. He however uses a proper PC with JAWS on it. Jaws will not go onto an IPad but due to other disabilities as well I can only use an iPad. Thank you so much for your kindness in responding however.

    Thank you so much much Maggie, you are very kind. Yes I do know Astrid, and I am not sure that she uses a iPad or a proper pc with jaws on. Sadly I can’t use a proper pc due to other difficulties but you are very kind to have responded.

    Thanks Pete. I do know Abbie and she is awesome but I think she uses a proper pc which I can’t do due to other disabilities. I may contact her however if I can’t sort it out somehow x

  20. I hope you can find some help, Lorraine. I wonder if someone at Apple might be able to come up with some suggestions, but I have never used any of their devices. I will share and see if anybody can help.
